The Final Draft Looks a Lot Like the Original Draft
The majority opinion in the Supreme Court's ruling on an abortion rights case was leaked. The decision is expected to be announced later this week, and could have implications for other issues such as same-sex marriage or gun control. John Sutter says he doesn't understand why some people are so upset with the court because they think it overstepped its authority. He argues that many of the arguments were based on a very narrow definition of what being protected by the constitution means.
