Are You Putting Your Credibility Out There?
Tommy: Just because you have a sponsor doesn't mean that good they'll take care everything you need to come with what you are going to need from them. We can't run an entire organization on one person. There has to be this level of, like, we have to be able to find successes in certain areas with an executive sponsor. People in different departments could drive their own data culture to a degree. But i still think there's a lot of value that befound in individual departments that are not sharing data.
