The Bear Hug
The HBO series featured a sort of bear hug dynamic when Kendall Roy was trying to take the company from Logan Roy. A lot of chatter about this deal happening right now. Seems like it could be kind of dramatic and and exciting to watch. So we'll see. I just don't think a hostile takeover is doable in this context.
