Finality Is Just to Them, Right?
conservatives are against the principle of finality, which means I don't want to keep going with this shit. Finality is just to them. It's an excuse to put an end to the proceedings. And they also say that public trust in the jury system would be undermined if we scrutinized juror conduct too much. If we said that getting absolutely lit during a trial is a problem for the jury, then yeah, people might question the efficacy of the jury.
