Do You Have a Problem With Thermal Imaging?
Do you have a reasonable expectation that police officers will not be able to use ex ray vision to look underneath your clothes? I don't know enough about the fourth amendment and its historical interpretation. If stop and frisk is constitutionally permissible, then what you've described absolutely would be. The question would be, how different is a than stopping someone? Is it the stop or the frisk? Because it reveals to you what that person has outside of public view? It's a fascinating question.
