King agrippa is from the herodian line. His family has been involved in overseeing a judah jerusalem for quite sometime. He's not making this case about his specific faith in jesus yet. But he's really trying to show that what they're so upsaid about is his belief in the resurrection. This is the issue that paul is going to hinge his case on.
