Exercising can lead to medical problems, but not typically more serious than other things that kill ventricular arhythmeusia. A person who doesn't do anything is at the highest risk of dying from exercise-related causes. The one thing that does happen when people do heavy exercises for their entire life is they have an apparent increase in fibrilation. So then the question becomes: Do these people actually have fibralation or are just exercising it? And if so, what's the effect on their quality of life?
