How Can I Simplify My Budget?

i've spent a lot of money over the years on books and and trainings. i have been thinking about what it would take to simplify my life, which has led to thoughts about simplifying my budget. And so i spend some time researching tools and resources that we can use for free to boost our productivity. I am going to talk briefly about some of those free tools that are available in about five areas: managing our tasks, managing our commitments, learning new productivity skills, finding motivation and developing focus.
