Many people with back problems especially chronic back pain has poor mental health than are more likely to report conditions like depression anxiety and psychological distress. When it comes to getting treatment for other conditions adults with depression anxiety and other mental health conditions are seven times more likely to skip health care than people without a mental health condition. "I'm very lucky but that's not the reality of everybody else because of course we go back to that number of 11.8 billion dollars in lost productivity so my experience is not the norm"
