The Benefits of Refeeds for Weight Loss

A few higher days of calories may then allow them to continue to adhere to that diet better going forward. It's really a method to kind of set someone up for continued better quality training like I said but probably more so psychologically I think it's going to have more of a benefit. The leaner an individual gets the frequency of refeeds being increased would be more productive.
