Design systems, or some may refer to it as content style guides, is just the way to create. Just like designers need to create a consistent visual language, writers need to create consistent communications with our users. So if you build a conten stargad or conten design system, that it will be usible so people in your company would know how to use it and wouldn't work at avodating it.
