Dark Horse has an annual NSO grant that we do for principals based on the profitability of their practice. We allow them to allocate up to 10,000 shares to their staff members. So each year when they have our 49A, there's a 90 day window in which they can sell up to 20% of their vested shares back to Dark Horse.
