What Do You Think About Civil Rights Law?

A lot of the things that some site to as what civil rights law does are not actually based in what our civil rights laws say. There really are incentive effects internally to that established which do overtime work, like a one way ratchet,. encouraging more and more protective efforts that eventually cross over and become abusive. Most don't write like the the civil rights act of 19 64 doesn't actually create protected classes. That's a made up term from the judiciary.
