The Five Second Rule

Sometimes I write a three or four word line as a prompt in my diary for the following day. So throwing that little prompt into the diary is really interesting because when you come back to it the following day, you're like, Oh yeah. And actually maybe your reflection has changed a little bit from being in the moment. Very good for trying to be a bit more objective, which something I always need help with. That's sort of my attempt at five second ruling.
