The Importance of Integrity in Trauma Informed Care

I think I am encouraged by the fact that a number of larger organizations in medical and mental health care have really started embodying these principles. Are they saying I'm trauma informed because it's part of a trend, because it has become wildly popular in the last few years for organizations to want to implement trauma and care? But are they actually walking the walk, right? Because it's a very different situation to be able to undo the hierarchy, for example, do away with leadership titles or hire in inclusive ways Or completely dismantle policies and procedures that have existed.
