What Is the National Debt?
Ano: Politicians use the national debt as a tool when they're try to get projects funded or defunded, especially those that will help their standing amongst their constituents. Ano: It's a huge fact in our government's ability to function and in our country's financial health. We could prevent a catastrophic default with a simple majority vote to morrow. If republicans just get out damn way, we could get this all done.
