Using a Tactics Approach in Football?

So essentially what you're doing is sitting down and saying like, what are we expecting our players to do and build up that is going to benefit the team? How do we quantify that? And then how do we visualize it to show whether or not players will be suited to our system or not? Yep. So presumably then you're working with coaches, analysts, performance analysts as you would call them, tacticians to be able to build these sorts of models. Yeah, 100%. so I think particularly within the context of being in the falls of a football club, it's really important that you have exposure to the way that the coaches and scouts and so on are actually understanding the game.
