You Don't Buy a Building to Make Money Short Term

You buy a building so that you can one day lease it and or sell it. That's the only reason you buy a building. You don't buy a building to save money short term. You buying a building to make money long term. A lot of you guys know that my building at urban movement is a dog shit jim building. It's ten thousand 500 square feet. Way too big for my model. My model needs 35 hundred square feet. But i did not buy a building cause i wanted to hae cheaper rent.
