The largest corporations it's all quasi rent negotiations, you know, why is it that in the heyday of the tech sector companies like Google Facebook, we're doing all of these amazing things to make employees happy. But they're still doing it even though they're much larger you don't, you can argue because of wage. So I don't agree with that other than in the company town example and even that I think you know people leave town in a modern industrial economy.
