We also have a great framework for doing qualitative understanding of how their experiencing those new products and services. And this is a huge customer benefit for people to feel that their voices can be heard,. Whether they're sharing their thoughts and feelings about a product or a brand. That certainly is a tactic that we employ, and it's been one that has brought me a lot of value.
