What Is the Purpose of Sis?
Sis is a story about a different kind of god than all the other gods that were in other cultures at the same time. Other cultures had creation narratives too, of this is how the world came into being. And so instead of trying to give us the exact like, the earth was there then god, or god and then earth im depending on which translation you read Or whatever, what israel's trying to say is, oh ye, i hear your story about your god. Let me tell you about mine.
