Are You Afraid of Anger?

i'm a very strange person, because i can be pretty emotional. But when it just depends on the situation. I think there was a moment in my life where i would cry all the time. And then i went through a period of my where i had no emotion at all. It's ok for people to be afraid of anger for a couple of reasons. One is because anger oftentimes causes us to lose control,. and sadness and stuff does as well.
