Jeffrey McDonald says four people attacked him in his living room, stabbed him. But there was a big brawl and the army prosecutors had said during their hearing that nothing had been hardly disturbed. This case is predominantly not a physical evidence case unless it was committed by these intruders. And so they may not have done a thorough enough job accumulating all the statements of McDonald's to be able to determine what he is saying doesn't match up with crime scene.
