Three non-negotiables: phone free hour in the morning, daily movement and sleep. If there was one piece of advice that you could give to a teenage hazel just starting out what would that be? I think when it comes to your health it's very easy especially if you are a girl to think that you need to make yourself smaller but that is not true. You should focus on fueling yourself for all the things that you love and being able to kind of go to school, go to studies, go out and enjoy yourself.
