Materialist Feminism

i think that part of the reason why we have a why it is become easier and more common to deny the differences, is partly an ideological thing. Its coming out of, its coming out of liberalism. But i think that there is also a material reason, which is another reason why materialist feminism works quite well as term. Our society has changed so profoundly on a material level, a so things like the pill, and which is kind of the starting point of my whole book. We suddenly have this technology shock, which enables women to suspend their fertility in a way they have never historically been able to do.
