Are You Avoidant Attachment?
If you are somebody with an avoidant attachment style, try to open up and stay in the moment. Ask for your needs to be met so that you're able to stay present. Have a plan if there are children who can watch them while you get things worked out. Use hand signals like "I need to just have some personal space" or negotiate timeouts.
