The Role of Mentors in a Healthy Church Community

The tradition of how these oral traditions and teachings were passed on was that they've been to them for thousands of years. Do you think finding those people, what do you think the call of a pastor is in that? And I ask this question mainly selfishly because I'm like I love doing this and yet there's probably a lot of like I don't have as much time as I want to have for that.
