The Differences Between TS and IS Data Structures

Ranges was a pretty focused TS. Eric Neeb became up with range V3 and then this went through the TS process to be standardized, eventually found its way into C++20. I think it's just about capability about whether you can consume it multiple times. So if we publish it in a TS and then we want to put it into the IS, we basically have to pay the standardization costs twice.
