How Fast Can You Receive Feedback From Someone?
The scale at which you are able to receive feedback is in direct relationship to how fast you will grow as a leader. If it takes a long time for you to work through your sensitivities to be o receive feedback, you're going to grow really slow. One thing that i really noticed this in was we were having conversations with our guy emerson in mexico city. And m, i know m listens to this podcast, but it's so obviously im only going to say good things. But m has become really receptive to feedback.
