The aggressive shut down of encampments in cities across canada really suggested failures of all kinds. It uproots people from their support networks and em you know, whether it's local organizations that they frequent near the park where they've been living. I think, from a parks department perspective, its sort of high lights that a lot of parkr parks departments are sort of ill equipped to deal with these issues right now.
