How to Teleport to the Right Location

Iconsibility for 20 seconds you'll alternate between being visible and invisible so just kind of like flicker on and off that'd probably be good. You could not be within three miles of anybody of water right because if you're just sent out to that nightmarish archivalion i think shape shifting is the easiest one because you can fly. The worst is you're just stuck as a bird for an hour what should be chill even normal teleportation i think is terrifying but whenever i think about it i'm like how would i avoid like teleporting inside a desk or something?
