Is There a Secondary Fiber Kinolysis?

The majority of patients in trauma who get TXA have this physiologic fiber lysis and they have a high mortality. If you see hyperfibrinal lysis you should give tranexamic acid is that right. We're starting to separate out patient subgroups and seeing that there may be secondary effects to morbidity and mortality of TXA and the trauma patient hence why thromboelastography or elastometry is really important early on in these patients.
