How Does This Killer Work?

Some judges are just really tough on criminals and others ar you can have a noise in the system. One study from 19 81 found that 200 judges given the same 16 hypothetical cases only unanimously agreed on a prison term in three of the 16 cases. Another study of asylum seekers found that one judge admitted only five % of applicants, while another admitted 88%. But there can also be noise within a single individual. And that produce noise within the person, iso noise within the system. It sounds absurd, but it's true. There are two reasons why noise is badfurse.
