How to Prepare for a Deposition
If there are some bad facts, don't try to hem and haul around them. Just let your lawyer lawyer know ahead of time. If you previously answered in a regulatory questions, you need to read them before your deposition. You should read as many emails if you, if this like a test of custody and there's been a lot of email exchanges,. Try to read your emails ahead of time but just remember the exchanges. That's no excuse not to be prepared. And I'd add that while I said this is not a trial, you're not at trial. Mm hmm.
