The Cultural Shift in the Industry

I think it's really politics. I guess what we're sitting here and we're all certain bubbles right now. We think about the world as a slightly better solution if we have at least an awareness of how difficult or uncertain the world is. But I do wonder as I look upon this newer sub industry and that's a small actually bigger than quite by now data science is coming through with enthusiasm, energy and intelligence. There is a cultural shift that has to happen within our industry where again we're coming from a world 20, 30, 40 years ago of staff fund managers who you trust.
