The Seasoning of Development That Keeps an ENFJ Less One Sided

An ENFJ or somebody leading with extroverted feeling or harmony hasn't done that work, then it's easier for them to get triggered by somebody else's truth. You can tell when an ENFJ has done that work because they're not one sided. They don't come across inauthentic or just trying to, you know, sweet talk. So I think it hurts sometimes to hear that people think that that's like this very crafted fake thing because it doesn't feel like that.
