The Difference Between Inheritance and Heredity in David Walker's Appeal
David walker's text, the appeal, is an abolitionist text. It is arguing that black people are already citizens, and thus slavery is unjust. The use of referring to blacks as citizens is not an unreflective a model of rhetoric in the african american political tradition. And so my point here, and i'll hand it over to you all, is I think it's dangerous when politics and natural history start to mix.
