CRISPR Cas9 is a two-part molecular system, importantly. It's programmable and you can encode it to say this is the piece of DNA I'm looking for that I want you to go find. And so there's actually quite a lot that you can do with this technology. In fact, the range of things that we can do is really quite wide. But in terms of limitations, well, if you think about it, CRISPR can be used to change DNA, but DNA exists in one copy per cell.
