The Problem Is Government

I think it's mostly money, independent money. What if I called my company official US government post office business or so official US government candy? That would have to be illegal. The problem with that is if you look at like a trademark law, right, it used to be that after X amount of years, a character becomes public domain and Disney is just lobbying Congress. So Mickey Mouse and Superman, because they're made in the thirties, should have been public domain. And they just keep pushing the bucket down the road because there's such an asymmetry.
