In Jiu Jitsu, the good guys do these techniques automatically. They are not thinking consciously about every step. So how can I be an independent learner of Jiu Jitsu? Nowadays we have the internet and the Gracie family, this Brazilian family, they have a website with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu courses,. It's so great, especially as a beginner. You know why? Because I can come home. And when I come home after the Jiu Jitsu class, you know, I forgot the techniques. But here's the good news. I can go online, I can watch the Gracie University, the online videos. This lets me train in my own pace, at my own
