In Europe, the cheese course is a thing. And they get, you know, natural probiotics that way. I went in May to Italy and then France and September. And I ate cheese, bread, butter, all of it. It's crazy. Even if you think you're eating clean, most of them use canola oil because it's cheap. We got to look into that. Everything's better in Europe.
