Are We Going to Give Reparations to Blacks?

Reparations are paid for collectives as if every African-Americans of equal merit in in deserving of reparations so we're going to look at every particular group. The Great Society from its inception in 1965 till now was $20 trillion that was almost all entitlements and redistribution much of it racially based. Black farmers got an aggregate of five billion dollars, Joe Smith who doesn't have one single parent that ever went to college had reparations.
