Introduction

Maddie has come back from her sabbatical and as usual, we are joined by a new celebrity of the podcast world, Dr. Mike Lifford from Melbourne. So obviously, it's great to have you both back because when two intelligent people are in the room, a person like me can just stand behind and just watch you guys go at each other. We're going to continue with the same patient that we discussed last time, a 42-year-old male patient who is admitted to intensive care unit with diagnosis of pneumonia and septic shock.
