This is a disingenuous yet widespread practice for any kind of political ideology. It doesn't matter what side of the political divide you might fall on, it's all about tricking someone through buzz words and thought terminating clachets to support whatever x happens to bes. The kremlin has been one of the biggest examples that's been chronicled in the international dea.
