I think it's a mistake to just think that Andrew Bailey or Christine McGard could really keep up with Powell, because I think the last UK GDP print was already skirting the zero bound. Japan obviously is constrained by its yield curve control policy. And then you come to the big elephant in the room, which is China,. The PBOC see doing all that can to try to resuscitate the Chinese economy. To me, that just puts more downward pressure on the Yuan and pressure on the dollar.
