What Is India Doing That We're Not Doing?

India's banking system didn't really function and they were more restrictive on their lending policies. People don't want to lend them as much either because they're more risky. They ran a bit more inflation than other countries. So it's really that and they have a culture of savings. It's because when you're able to borrow because you're the richest dude in the street when is the most money which is the United States.
