The idea here is to buy a year to try to take the pressure off these regional banks that have deposit flight problems. That's not trying to solve the problem of, you know, duration for these guys. What I really think is happening is they wanted to stop the immediate bleeding and now buy time to prevent the run on the rate regional banks. Michael: The real ticking time bomb globally is not this provincial situation we have with Silicon Valley Bank but it's actually China.
