Is There a Romance in Building Code?
I sometimes wonder whether it removes some of the romance of building code. I do think though that AI can help tremendously with a lot of drudgery, you know, like, growing the stack overflow and trying to parse through what is the best way to answer this question. And when these models can just cough up, you know,. a great start, but it does not absolve you from understanding what the code does. You can get away with not being a programmer just because you have something like the hash table story or carmax quicksort in your program.
