How Much Oxygen Should I Use With Civo?
In smaller kids it's really important to use 100 oxygen with Civo flooring that's it. If they're under about four again the whole long term memory is important so you want to not have them desaturate while you're putting them under. A three breath induction technique requires the child to be able to take at least three vital capacity breaths and I actually practice this with them in the pre-op area.
