Sugar and Snows

Sugar and snow is maple syrup, ond vanilla ice cream. You heat your syrup to a hard crack on your candy's thermometer. And you ought to give it to the exact temperature, then you poured on to the snow. Growing up in massachusetts,  sugar and snow was really snow. We'd have sugar eats, which i had a a girl friend from hollywood, california,. She was appalled when i told her that we grew up having sugar eats.
